So, it has been several months that I haven’t juiced and blogged. I don’t know if this is a coincidence,
but now it’s time to start juicing and blogging with more consistence again. Juicing is good for my health for sure, and maybe blogging, too?
To get things rolling again, I have to overcome the “writer’s block” so I go straight to today’s juice recipe, or chances are this blog post will stay a draft.
Ingredients:
2 Granny Smith apples
1 red beet (peeled)
half English cucumber (peeled)
1 lime (peeled)
1 inch fresh ginger
2 big kale leaves
2 celery stalks
3 carrots
Method:
Wash (and peel fruits) and veggies where needed, juice them and enjoy!
